Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract

Is this toner actually hydrating? +

Yes. Hydration is at the centre of the formulation. Glycerin, Sodium PCA, Sodium Hyaluronate, urea and sodium lactate work together as a multi-ingredient moisturising system, while aloe and panthenol further support a soft, comfortable feel.
